Noah’s Ark: The Book of Genesis
During the darkest days on Earth, evil reigned. God saw no way to redeem his Earth without destroying man and all other living creatures. Luckily, the story doesn’t end there...
You may be familiar with the story of Noah’s Ark: God found righteousness in Noah, his wife and 3 their sons. At God’s heavenly command, Noah was to build an ark in preparation for the destruction of the world.
As Noah was busy with the ark, God instructed animals to flock to Noah, as the ark was to be filled with Noah’s family and every animal of this to keep their offspring alive on Earth.
After the Ark was finally finished and the doors were shut for the last time, heavy rain fell for 40 days and 40 nights, flooding the Earth over 150 days. As the floods began to recede, Noah sent a dove to find dry land nearby. After 7 days, the dove came back with an olive leaf in its beak.
At this time, Noah knew it was time to return to dry land and bring the animals so they could return to their homes and return the Earth to its fruitful state.
God, knowing the severity of his great deluge, promised to never again destroy his Earth or its creatures, despite the evil that exists in the world.

Scientific Proof of Noah’s Ark
In 2017, new imaging technology led to a revelation of the Dead Sea Scrolls. These ancient scrolls had been discovered more than 50 years ago in the Qumran Caves in the Judean desert of the West Bank.
The Dead Sea Scrolls are believed to be more than 2,000 years old and contain biblical and non-biblical events and stories, providing vivid insight to scholars and researchers.
Utilizing a custom-made camera with wavelength and high-resolution technology, scientists were finally able to read sections of the scrolls that were previously illegible.
Scientists scanned tens of thousands of fragments and discovered some extraordinary new findings…
They found that the Ark was built into a pyramid shape!
Dr. Yudisky, from the Hebrew University of Jerusuelm translated the new findings, stating the scrolls describe the Ark ribs ‘gathering’ atop, to form a pyramid.
In fact, this is supported by other ancient texts, art forms, and more!
Where on Earth is Noah’s Ark?
While no researchers or scholars are 100% confident of the location of the final resting place of Noah’s Ark, some schools of thought believe the Ark can be found in Egypt, disguised in front of us as the Great Pyramids.
Critics of this theory argue that the Dead Sea Scrolls or Genesis description of the Ark obviously does not match the descriptions in scripture, aside from a pyramid top. However, if the story is a re-telling of, there is a chance that the truth has been lost in translation as time has passed.
Proponents of this theory believe that the ancient pyramids were built to save select individuals, materials, or objects of importance from some impending threat, such as a flood.
Other theories place the final resting spot of the Ark high in the Turkish Mountains, with some evidence being demonstrated via underground scans using electrical signals.
Although still unknown, the historical evidence of scripture that has been uncovered is inspiring. The fact is, the ark existed, but where is it hiding?
Will We Ever Know?
While we may NEVER know the exact location of the Ark within our lifetime, as scholars continue to unlock clues and secrets held by time, we continue to have our minds opened as we understand more and more about scripture, the history of mankind and God’s relationship with us.
