Why Receiving Love is Harder than Giving Love

Why Receiving Love is Harder than Giving Love

Why Receiving Love Is Harder Than Giving Love?

How to Be Courageous and Allow Yourself to Receive More Deeply.

1. mental or moral strength to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.
2. the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery.

Is it difficult for you to receive love, caring, and compliments? Do you silently squirm inside when someone tells you how beautiful, handsome, inspirational or talented they think you are? Do you easily receive presents or gifts that others give to you or do you feel undeserving of them – whether consciously or subconsciously? Or do you allow yourself to deeply receive the gift of kindness, caring, and connection?

Why Receiving Love Is Harder Than Giving Love

Receiving creates a long lasting effect of the deep connection between two people - interpersonal connection. Making it more important to give than having the ability to receive may be a convenient way to keep people distant and our hearts defended. But, in doing this, how much love are we missing out on that we deeply yearn for and need? Are we allowing ourselves to be vulnerable enough to risk being hurt in exchange for the incredible reward of being loved and even more, having a relationship that you never thought possible because you had the courage to receive love, as well as to give love?

You see, the above dictionary definitions of courage are defined as; “…withstand danger, fear or difficulty” and “…to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear”. But I don’t agree with this definition at all! I believe that being courageous involves being fearful and knowing the risks, and in some cases not knowing the risks, and doing it anyway! It is not in the absence of fear but in spite of being fearful. That’s a huge difference! And what’s even bigger is the insurmountable amount of confidence and motivation that we receive when we are truly courageous. Again, being courageous does not mean being without fear, but knowing your fears and acknowledging your fears and doing it anyway. This can be applied to all aspects of life including business, relationships, money, etc.

A valuable and an incredible technique (which I have applied myself), is to ask yourself: “What’s the worst thing that can happen?” And list them. Then ask yourself, “What’s the benefit or upside to going through with it?” And list them. Not only does this allow you to name your fears, but it also serves as a visual aid into how many more reasons there are to actually go through with it despite your fears, than not doing it.

Focusing on love is no different at all. I truly believe that when we don’t allow ourselves to be vulnerable out of fear of rejection or being hurt, feeling disappointed etc., it prevents us from experiencing what could be the greatest love we’ve yet to experience.

But where do we start?

Let’s be honest. We all judge each other. We all judge a book by its cover. It’s not a good thing, but it’s normal, unfortunately. Anyone who says that they don’t is pretty much claiming they’re perfect, and we all know that no one is. I don’t even know what that would look like. Maybe, it doesn’t look like anything we’ve seen?

When we see someone, we read their body language and in an instant make a determination (judge) subconsciously, whether or not they will hurt us. If we believe they’re genuine and loving, we let our guard down and if not, then our guards are up. We, therefore, must acknowledge that we will not be willing to receive the love that they have to offer if we have already determined that they are a risk to us. And the same is true for the other person.

Being vulnerable shows that you are comfortable and secure with who you are and that you’re willing to risk being hurt or disappointed. If the other person is not also willing to be vulnerable, and receive your love and kindness, they won’t engage you in the same way because they are fearful of being hurt and, are not yet at the stage that you are. It’s really that simple. Being vulnerable is sexy, smart and confident. It actually scares away those who aren’t and eventually, you will connect with the right person who is vibrating on the same wavelength.

Why Receiving Love Is Harder Than Giving Love

 Letting Go of Control.

When we give, we’re in control in a certain way. It might be easy to offer a kind word or buy someone flowers, but can we allow ourselves to surrender to the good feeling of receiving a gift? And to what extend? Does our giving come from an open, generous heart versus bolstering our self-image of being a kind and caring person? Are we expecting anything in return when we give and in turn carry resentful feeling towards that person?

Receiving invites us to welcome a vulnerable part of ourselves. Living more in this tender place, we’re more available to receive the subtle gifts we’re offered every day, such as a sincere “thank you,” a nice compliment, or a warm smile.

Think about it. If everyone were busy giving, then who would have the time to take in all that good stuff?

Fear of Strings Attached. What’s the Catch?

We may be uncomfortable receiving if it came with strings attached when growing up. We may have received compliments only when we accomplished something, like winning at sports or achieving good grades. If we sensed that we weren’t being accepted for who we are but rather for our achievements and accomplishments, we may not feel safe to receive.

If parents narcissistically used us to meet their own needs, such as to showcase us to their friends or cling to an image of being good parents, we may equate compliments to being used. We were recognized for what we do rather than for who we really are.

We believe it’s selfish. It feels guilty to receive.

We may be conditioned to believe that life is more about suffering than it is about being happy. Some of us may believe that not taking up too much space or being too happy, or smiling too broadly brings too much attention to ourselves and as a result of this, we may feel shame to receive.

An inflated sense of self-importance and believing we deserve more than others is indeed rampant today. Interestingly, a new study suggests that wealth can actually increase this sense of entitlement.

Sound self-worth, feeling deserving of receiving with humility and appreciation keeps us balanced and nourished.

Feeling the Pressure to Reciprocate

You may be blocking yourself from receiving love from another as protection from being in someone’s debt. We may fear their motives thinking about what they may want in exchange. When we presume that compliments or gifts are attempts to manipulate us, we defend ourselves from any sense of obligation or debt. Blocks to receiving love, kindness, compliments or gifts may reflect protection from being in someone’s debt.

“The parched earth can’t let in a life-giving rain if it is covered by plastic tarp… Without the capacity to be touched by caring and appreciation, we render these gifts less meaningful. Sacred receiving, letting things in with heartfelt gratitude, is a gift to the giver! When we are visibly moved, it conveys that they’ve made a difference in our lives. We may then bask together in a non-dual moment in which there is no distinction between the giver and the receiver. Both people are giving and receiving in their own unique ways. This shared experience can be profoundly sacred and intimate—a moment of delectable grace.”

Take notice how you feel inside the next time someone offers you a compliment, gift, or looks lovingly into your eyes. What's happening in your body? Is your breathing relaxed and your belly soft or are you tightening up? Can you let in the caring and connection? Being conscious of the pleasant or uncomfortable feelings of delight might allow you to be more present for the present.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift. That’s why it is called the present!

What Does Being Conscious Mean To You?

What Does Being Conscious Mean To You?

It has been studied and argued over for decades, centuries actually. In recent years, the topic has become more acceptable to discuss openly and in public and has been more widely talked about than ever before. Consciousness – what does it mean to be “conscious” and how much are we actually conscious of?

It seems that if you were to ask 100 people of what being conscious means to them, you’d get 100 different answers. It is a very deep question, and since each person has evolved differently to their current stage or level of consciousness, the definition of what it is to be conscious, naturally, will be different. I find this topic to be absolutely fascinating! Personally, I believe that the answer to this question is so personal – and not so mysterious - because it is so intertwined with, and can very easily and eventually lead to the question of one’s own faith, or lack thereof, in the Creator, God.

You see, by definition, consciousness is the state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings. The awareness or perception of something by a person. The fact of awareness by the mind of itself and the world. I find the last two definitions very interesting because although this is the definition of consciousness, the “something” and “itself and the world” can have their own meaning depending on how each person views themselves and the world – both their own world and the entire world. Other definitions include; spirit animating matter, special awareness or sensitivity, a sense of one's personal or collective identity, including the attitudes, beliefs, and opinions held by or considered characteristic of an individual or group

The 17th-century French philosopher René Descartes proposed the notion of "cogito ergo sum" ("I think, therefore I am"), the idea that the mere act of thinking about one's existence proves there is someone there to do the thinking.

The conscious mind controls our brain only 5% of the time, whereas the subconscious mind has a hold of our thoughts 95% of the time!

Descartes also believed the mind was separate from the material body — a concept known as mind-body duality — and that these realms interact in the brain's pineal gland. Scientists now reject the latter idea, but some thinkers still support the notion that the mind is somehow removed from the physical world.

Human Consciousness

Scientists Theory of Consciousness

Correlates of consciousness

In the last few decades, neuroscientists have begun to better understand consciousness from an evidence-based perspective.

Researchers recently discovered a part of the brain that acts as a kind of on-off switch for the brain. When they electrically stimulated this region, called the claustrum, the patient became unconscious instantly. In fact, Koch and Francis Crick, the molecular biologist who famously helped discover the double-helix structure of DNA, had previously hypothesized that this region might integrate information across different parts of the brain.

But looking for neural or behavioral connections to consciousness isn't enough, Koch said. For example, such connections don't explain why the cerebellum, the part of the brain at the back of the skull that coordinates muscle activity, doesn't give rise to consciousness, while the cerebral cortex (the brain's outermost layer) does. This is the case even though the cerebellum contains more neurons than the cerebral cortex. Nor do these studies explain how to tell whether consciousness is present, such as in brain-damaged patients, other animals or even computers.

Neuroscience needs a theory of consciousness that explains what the phenomenon is and what kinds of entities possess it, Koch said. Currently, only two theories exist that the neuroscience community takes seriously, he said.

Integrated information

Neuroscientist Giulio Tononi of the University of Wisconsin-Madison developed one of the most promising theories for consciousness, known as integrated information theory.

Understanding how the material brain produces subjective experiences, such as the color green or the sound of ocean waves, is what Australian philosopher David Chalmers calls the "hard problem" of consciousness. Traditionally, scientists have tried to solve this problem with a bottom-up approach. As Koch put it, "You take a piece of the brain and try to press the juice of consciousness out of it." But this is almost impossible, he said.

In contrast, integrated information theory starts with consciousness itself, and tries to work backward to understand the physical processes that give rise to the phenomenon, said Koch, who has worked with Tononi on the theory.

The basic idea is that conscious experience represents the integration of a wide variety of information and that this experience is irreducible. This means that when you open your eyes, you can't simply choose to see everything in black and white or to see only the left side of your field of view.

Instead, your brain seamlessly weaves together a complex web of information from sensory systems and cognitive processes. Several studies have shown that you can measure the extent of integration using brain stimulation and recording techniques.

An interesting corollary of integrated information theory is that no computer simulation, no matter how faithfully it replicates a human mind, could ever become conscious. Koch put it this way: "You can simulate weather in a computer, but it will never be 'wet.'"

Global workspace

Another promising theory suggests that consciousness works a bit like computer memory, which can call up and retain an experience even after it has passed.

Bernard Baars, a neuroscientist at the Neurosciences Institute in La Jolla, California, developed the theory, which is known as the global workspace theory. This idea is based on an old concept from artificial intelligence called the blackboard, a memory bank that different computer programs could access.

Anything from the appearance of a person's face to a memory of childhood can be loaded into the brain's blackboard, where it can be sent to other brain areas that will process it.  According to Baars' theory, the act of broadcasting information around the brain from this memory bank is what represents consciousness.

The global workspace theory and integrated information theories are not mutually exclusive, Koch said. The first tries to explain in practical terms whether something is conscious or not, while the latter seeks to explain how consciousness works more broadly. "At this point, both could be true," Koch said.

Brain Consciousness

The need to prove or disprove everything or anything with modern science takes away the faith necessary to imagine such a mystery and to decide what you may believe in without a popular theory being widely accepted.

On our journey towards expanding consciousness and spiritual growth, we will reach certain milestones that alert us to the fact that our consciousness has been elevated. Reaching higher levels of consciousness will result in greater feelings of peace, happiness, and well-being. Expanding your consciousness cannot be forced, it occurs naturally as a result of living life. Life experience itself provides the catalyst for consciousness to expand to greater and greater levels, should you choose. Choose wisely!

Stay blessed.

The Four Principles Of Manifesting Our Desires

The Four Principles Of Manifesting Our Desires

Four Principles for Manifesting Your Desires

manəfəˈstāSH(ə)n, noun

An event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.

Have you noticed that people who say: “I am not very confident”…are NOT very confident?

And that people who say: “I can’t lose weight”…NEVER lose weight?

And people that say they are always late…are ALWAYS late?!

Be VERY careful what you focus on! Thinking or saying things like…

“I am really bad at this!”…and…“There are not enough hours in the day!”… OR… “I always mess things up!”…and… “I never have enough money!”…have a very negative effect on the outcome because of a very critical part of our brain called the Reticular Activating System or RAS which will show you things to prove that this is true for you.

Your Reticular Activating System (RAS) is in the base of your brain and acts as a filter against all the “data” that is around us including sounds, tastes, colors, pictures, and images. There can be up to 2,000,000 bits of data at any time. Your brain can only process so much at a time so, your RAS filter only lets things through that it thinks is important.

So, how does it know what is important? BY WHAT YOU FOCUS ON MOST.  The more proof you see, the stronger your belief will be that it is true.

The stronger your belief is, the more likely you are to tell it to yourself. And around and around it goes. Set your RAS to look at the positives and to think and speak more progressive words and phrases that are encouraging and helpful such as, “I am great at this”…”I am always on time”…”I am confident”…”I am good with money”. THEN, your RAS will show you things to prove that your new belief is true for you!

"Social anxiety is one big irrational self-fulfilling prophesy. You do not need to live with it, and although it takes time, patience and effort. You can overcome it entirely." - Thomas A. Richards, Ph.D.

Manifesting an event, action or object can be as easy as understanding how powerful our thoughts are. You may be thinking…..”Me? Powerful?” Actually, yes, and this proves exactly what we have mentioned above. You see, our brains are like a computer. When a command is given, it looks for ways in which to complete that command. By simply changing the command, you change the ways in which the command will be completed and the outcome. Of course, you are much more beautiful than a computer and were designed in the likeness of the divine creator, God.

When we speak, our words have a lot of power. Think of how you feel when someone tells you how great you look today, or how you feel when you are told that you are loved. Now think of how you would feel if that same person were to tell you that you are worthless, ugly and pathetic. Big difference! This is all because of the POWER that the words we use have. So, why would speaking to yourself be any different than that? This is how simple manifesting can actually be, once understood, made conscious of and put into practice.

Each thought we have creates an energy flow around our physical being and within our bodies down to the cellular level. This energy attracts its likeness. We all know how great it feels when we think high-level thoughts like, “I am beautiful!” and, “I am worthy”. When you think and feel “I am beautiful!” and, “I am worthy”, you exude the energy of confidence and in turn attract great experiences into your life. Each thought you have informs your energy, and your energy manifests into your experiences….your reality.

Manifestation is trending and has become very popular lately, but can be misleading. A true understanding of what it means to manifest is a very significant step towards creating a better reality for ourselves, the people who we love and care for most, and complete strangers too. Having more meaningful and truly beautiful human experiences is what manifesting is about.

The Bible says it this way: You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures (James 4:2-3).

I find this to be very accurate. If you truly want to use your energetic power to manifest greatness, you must not only clear all that blocks you from believing in your greatness, we must also be aware of our motives – the reasons as to why we want to manifest an event, action or object. Are they good reasons? Are they selfish reasons? Are they in line with our purpose in life? Do I know what my purpose is? Am I being honest with myself? Who am I really doing this for? Etcetera. Have you asked these questions?

Many people, when trying to manifest, focus too much on the outside form rather than the internal condition. What’s important is our internal experience: whether we choose to experience love or fear. When we commit to our internal experience of love, we begin to attract more love. Many people approach manifestation from a place of “How can I get something to feel better?” Instead, the focus should be: “How can I feel better and therefore be an energetic match for attracting more greatness into my life?” The emphasis must be placed on healing the internal condition, not getting a hot new car or boyfriend.

Setting Goals Using Your Reticular Activating System

Being Grateful = Being Happy

Gratitude is extremely powerful. An attitude of gratitude will make you happier by default. It may sound too simple but I dare you to try this. I promise you that being happy will not make you grateful for what you have. However, being grateful for everything you have will make you very happy and appreciative. You will start seeing things through a different lens and your beliefs will also change. This is part one of setting your RAS. It will now search and scan your life for all the things that you are grateful for. It’s a beautiful process.

Get Clear: Be unapologetic about what you want

Clarity is king when it comes to manifesting your desires. You must have clear intentions for what you want to call in—otherwise, you can manifest a lot of what you don’t want. Focus on what you desire and then make a list of all that goes along with it. This list helps to clarify your intentions and access a vibrant mental picture of what you desire. The most important part of this step is to clarify how you want to feel. When you get clear on how you want to feel, you can begin to access that feeling. That feeling is what makes the manifestation come into form.

Think it! Feel it! Believe it!

Take your clear intention and spend time every day sitting in the feeling of what it is that you desire. You might access the feeling through meditation and visioning exercises. Or call on the feeling when you’re in nature or doing a form of exercise you love. Let the thought inform the feeling and let the feeling take over your energy. The more you feel the feeling of what you desire, the more you believe it is on the way. From a metaphysical perspective, if you believe it then it is already here. So make time for contemplating, thinking, feeling, and believing.

Patience is a Virtue

“Those who are certain of the outcome can afford to wait and wait without anxiety.” Take this message with you and allow your faithfulness to guide you into the belief that what you desire is on the way. Also, trust that God has a much better plan than you do. Though you are clear about what you want, you cannot control the timing or the form in which it comes. Stay calm, relax, and trust that what He has in store for you is better than anything you’ve imagined!

Stay Blessed…

The Power Of Metals

The Power Of Metals

Precious metals such as Silver, Gold and Platinum have been used for a variety of different functions around the world for centuries due to their high vibration, beauty and ability to withstand most conditions. But what makes these metals so durable, and why are we lured by their beauty?

Gold, the shiny yellow metal prized for its beauty and malleability and used in many different industries, is actually created inside massive stars when they explode into a supernova. Of course, after a star supernovas and forms gold, the precious metal has to travel to Earth in some way. By studying ancient rock samples with high-precision instruments, scientists have found evidence that accessible gold, or the gold that is technologically and economically feasible to reach on the surface of the planet, arrived via asteroids when the earth was still fairly young.

During the formation of Earth, molten iron sank to its center to make the core. This took with it the vast majority of the planet's precious metals such as gold and platinum. In fact, there are enough precious metals in the core to cover the entire surface of Earth with a four-meter thick layer.

The removal of gold to the core should leave the outer portion of Earth bereft of bling. However, precious metals are tens to thousands of times more abundant in Earth's silicate mantle than anticipated. It has previously been argued that this serendipitous over-abundance results from a cataclysmic meteorite shower that hit Earth after the core formed. The full load of meteorite gold was thus added to the mantle alone and not lost to the deep interior.

Pyradyne Gold

When studying energies, we find that in some older societies and older countries, gold was used for healing or was thought to have had healing properties. They used, at that time, 24-karat gold, not gold alloyed with other metals. Other metals change the properties of the pure gold and the vibrations emitting from it. If a person took pure gold and put it on an infection or a sore spot, it was said to help heal the wound and control infection. It was considered that gold possessed an energy that brought warm, soothing vibrations to the body to aid healing, for when the body relaxes and the blood vessels in the cells aren’t as constricted, blood can move through the tissue spaces more easily. Since all healing is the growth of new cells replacing the dead cells, the body would heal much better and faster, just as those people who have learned to meditate and use the other various arts of relaxation can testify.

In some areas of India, if a man had hemorrhoids, he would wear a silver ring around his left little finger. In studying reflexologies and acupuncture meridians and other related sciences, you will find that the little finger reflexes with the anal area of the body, thus silver would have a tendency to make their tissues contract and help to cure the hemorrhoidal condition, as hemorrhoids are a malfunction of the muscles of the blood vessel walls. Today, modern acupuncturists use only steel needles. The art of feeling and knowing the different vibrations caused by various metals within the body’s energy systems has been virtually lost. Even today, however, there are some acupuncturists who will use a gold bead, sometimes only a 64th of an inch in diameter. The bead is placed on a small square of adhesive tape. It is then taped to an acupuncture meridian that is low in energy. The gold bead will pick up more energy from the surroundings and give the meridian a boost.

At Pyradyne we recognize the healing properties of the gold octahedral molecule and utilize it in our Nuclear Receptor necklace, made by NASA Rocket Scientist Dr. Fred Bell. Gold holds a deeps and soothing power that has been said to relax the body and increase circulation.

Pyradyne Octahedral Molecule

Silver is a simulator which utilizes the Tetrahedral molecular structure and has been known to be a strong absorber of Radiation. Silver has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, and it has been used throughout the ages to cure infections and help heal wounds. Now interest in silver is growing in the medical community because new studies have found that it can kill a wide range of bacteria and viruses, including the very dangerous E. coli and Staphylococcus.

The form of silver generally used as medicine is colloidal silver, which is the suspension of microscopic particles of silver in liquid. Silver is said to be the mirror of the soul, believed to benefit blood circulation, help the lungs and throat, detoxify the body, aid in the treatment of degenerative brain diseases and hepatitis, correct hormonal & chemical imbalances, and improve nerve impulse transmission. Silver has germicidal effects and kills many lower organisms effectively without harm to higher animals.

Throughout the ages, silver jewelry has been associated with magical powers. It is believed to promote healing, bring good luck, and ward off evil spirits. While these beliefs are not part of mainstream thinking today, some people still hold them to be true. Scientists are now testing silver on diseases like malaria and leprosy with encouraging results. Silver has the ability to energize other stones during the new and full moon. It draws negative energy out from the body and replaces it with positive energy.

Pyradyne Silver

The most expensive metal on the planet is Rhodium, which is closely followed by Platinum which vibrates at the same vibratory frequency. Rhodium, together with ruthenium, palladium, osmium, iridium, and platinum form a group of elements referred to as the platinum group metals (PGM). Rhodium metal is lustrous and silvery white. Rhodium has a higher melting point and lower density than platinum and has a high reflectance and is hard and durable.

Platinum comes in massive and occasionally crystalline form, with color ranging from grey to silver. This mineral is readily available, though rarely in crystalline form. Platinum is a metal of transformation. It allows one to break preconceived boundaries and achieve the maximum success in any given endeavor. Platinum is useful to utilize in conjunction with high vibrational transformational crystals. It helps one absorb those higher vibrations at a physical level, so we are better able to put the energy to work in bringing creative visions into the physical world. Using Platinum in meditation helps us integrate new ideals and energies into our lives. It keeps one focused and determinedly working towards full and lasting integration.

At the cellular level, it can align the spine, help regenerate heart tissue and boost the immune and endocrine systems. Platinum also boosts the bodies electromagnetic network of nerves and the synapses to the brain.

At Pyradyne, we recognize the incredible powers of precious metals and their individual uses which are key components to our Jewelry and Devices.

Do we really understand Gemstones?

Do we really understand Gemstones?

Gemstones are beautiful no doubt but do we really understand where and how they came to be and what power they hold?

Most gemstones form in the Earth’s crust, approximately 3 to 25 miles beneath the Earth’s surface. Two gemstones, diamonds and peridot, are found much deeper in the Earth. Diamond forms in "Kimberlite Pipes" that originate in the Earth’s mantle (125 miles down) and end at the surface. Molten magma running through these pipes usually reaches the surface as lava and cools off, but if it doesn’t reach the surface, it cools more slowly, crystallizes, and forms coarse-grained minerals.

There are many different ways in which Gemstone minerals are then mined from the earth, all are very costly and time consuming requiring expert knowledge and equipment.

Over the centuries, various cultures have contributed to the legend and lore surrounding Gemstones. These rare products of nature have inspired philosophers and mystics to attribute unusual powers to these special minerals.

The energy field of different gemstones is influenced by geometrical form, colour and subtle vibration. Each stone is made up of minute crystals which are in constant motion thus emitting an energy signature or frequency. The gemstone's colour also plays a dynamic role in the stone's healing energy. The play of light and colour can stimulate or calm; purify or heal.

A magical and symbiotic connection has always existed between human beings and gems. Evidence of gemstones used for healing has been found as far back as the fourth millennium before Christ. Ancient civilizations such as the Chinese, Egyptians, Sumerians, Greeks, Romans, or Shamans and Medicine Men have used gemstones for healing in multiple ways - made into powders or elixirs, worn, carried or placed on the body and in ceremonies or rituals. This ancient knowledge has been passed down to our day and with the emerging popularity of holistic health and healing the use of gemstones is again making its way into modern life. So how do these incredible pieces of mother nature affect our human bodies?

-Dr. Fred Bell, PhD.

The quartz kingdom is the home body, or home base, of the Akashic records. So that means that crystals are always growing! In fact, crystals grow one tenth of 1 percent of their weight every 10 years. And of course, humanity is advancing itself and increasing, so more people are having more experiences all the time. This generates residual energy that is collected by silicon dioxide, causing the quartz kingdom to grow and expand as it is resonate via the second ether, the prime domain of the Akashic records.

All the different mineral kingdoms have something to do with the human kingdom. The emerald for example has quartz, silicon dioxide and a good amount of chromium in it, which gives it a green hue. Different gemstones have different forms of minerals in them and you can correlate through that mineral what they actually do in the human body, as well as what thought process is activated by the color frequency of the particular gem or mineral. For example, trace minerals amplify the parasympathetic nervous system, while low frequency minerals activate the autonomic. There is a consciousness in a mineral that tells the body how to utilize that mineral. Just visualize a rainbow and place the colors accordingly.

Minerals come in many forms from Gold, Titanium, Europium and Trace Minerals, to crystal Minerals which come from deep inside the ground.

The body is made up of Oxygen (O2)Nitrogen (N2), Hydrogen (H2), and Carbon, it is constantly in motion. The combination of these three gases and one pyramid-shaped solid carbon form all cells, all organs and finally us - the organism. Chakras are colorized, polarized, and energy - susceptible gateways that control endocrine function. Endocrine function then switches the brain/aura, giving us consciousness into feeling. These charts and the color/chakra correlations are based at sunrise, when red is focused on the pineal/pituitary and violet on the base of the spine.

Red is the color of the wild/desire to wake from sleep, ending the night (violet - astral/emotional plane). All carbon-based life forms conform to this cycle.

Diamond Gemstone

KEY WORDS: Intensity, Radiance, Sovereignty

ELEMENT: Crown Chakra and Etheric Chakra

Diamond is a crystal of pure carbon with a hardness of 10, forming in octahedrons, triangles, cubes and amorphous shapes. Diamonds are found in many colors - yellow, brown, blue, pink, green, orange and even red. These crystals are transducers which can make the high-frequency vibrational energies of the spirit realms more available to the conscious self, accelerating ones evolution and the door to psychic powers as well. Used in meditation, Diamond crystals will facilitate the entry into meaningful visionary states. Worn in every day life, they can intensify ones ability to focus consciousness on manifesting ones goals and dreams.

Diamond carries a high frequency of energy which stimulates and opens all of the chakras, especially the crown and etheric chakras. Diamond is a carbon-based ally that models the transformation from base element to pure light, encouraging one to perceive how life's trials and lessons can be put to positive use. It lends strength in high-pressure situations and enables one to respond to stressful experiences with grace. Diamonds enhance inner vision and stimulate the imagination. The stones frequency strongly activates the third eye, crown and etheric chakras, encouraging remote viewing, telepathic communication and clairvoyance. Diamond is a stone that is used to bring energies of  longevity, balance, clarity, intensity, success, and abundance.  It also brings eternity, purity, and high frequency energy. It's also is a stone of amplification, including thoughts, strengths, and weaknesses. Diamonds are said by some to be the best for metaphysical use. They are high vibration stones that radiate Light energy and bring Light consciousness. They increase energy in all endeavors and link to Divine energy. It is one stone that can connect to spiritual realms.

Black diamonds in particular relate to The Void which everything comes from, making it an excellent stone for abundance and prosperity magic. It also is said to be helpful to accept and integrate the shadow side. Diamond is a powerful love stone. It bonds relationships and enhances love. It generates longevity and honesty of relationships,  and engenders trust between two partners. It increases harmony, not only in romantic relationships, but in all areas. This stone increases concentration and imagination and it is used to decrease pride. It also increases memory for details.

It improves and introduces honor and commitment to individual efforts, relationships, and to one's life path. It reduces confusion and hesitation regarding the path in life. this commitment in turn increases spirituality as one goes along one's path. Diamond increases one's ability to learn from life lessons. Diamond helps overcome fear, which engenders trust in life, spirituality, and circumstances. It brings courage and hope. It helps to over come the "dark night of the soul".

Smokey Quartz

Amethyst is a member of the Quartz family with a trigonal crystal system and a hardness of 7. Its color, which varies from pale to deep purple, is derived from the combination of trace amounts of iron and aluminium, plus natural or amplified irradiation.

It is important to know that Amethyst is one of the first stones to which people are attracted when beginning their work with the mineral kingdom. Its beautiful purple light combined with its high, sweet energy makes Amethyst a necessary item in any Lightworkers toolbox. It is a cardinal wind element stone, stimulated the mind and facilitating brain function. Amethyst is a crystal with a mysterious energy. When you see it's unusual purple color, you know it's special. Amethyst has a calming yet spiritually protective energy. Amethyst is believed to help with hearing problems and may aid in health problems relating to the skeletal system such as arthritis and back problems.

The Muladhara chakra is located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae, the root chakra is responsible for your sense of safety and security on this earthly journey. The word Muladhara breaks down into two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning “root” and Adhara, which means “support” or “base.” This is the first of the chakras of matter. Balancing the root chakra creates the solid foundation for opening the chakras above. Imagine that you’re laying the foundation for a house in which you’re going to live for a long time. A solid foundation embedded in firm soil will provide the stability you need to create a home filled with joy for years to come. The root chakra is comprised of whatever grounds you to stability in your life. This includes your basic needs such as food, water, shelter, and safety, as well as your more emotional needs such as letting go of fear. When these needs are met, you feel grounded and safe, and you tend to worry less day to day.

If there is an imbalance in the root chakra you may experience anxiety disorders, fears, or nightmares. Physical imbalances may manifest as problems in the colon, with the bladder, with elimination, or with lower back, leg, or feet issues. In men, prostate problems may occur. Eating disorders may also be a sign of a root chakra imbalance.

What is the Blood-Brain Barrier?

What is the Blood-Brain Barrier?

Bypassing The Blood-Brain Barrier

Every thought you have and every action you take requires precise communication between the nerve cells in your brain. For these messages to be successfully transmitted and received, the surrounding environment needs to be stable and in harmony.

The body is 5% mineral in nature. This 5% controls the metabolism and behavior of the remaining 95%. This means that if we are deficient in minerals, it can throw our entire body out of balance, emotionally and physically.

Dr. Fred Bell spoke about how crucial the role of electrolytes are and how important it is to be present in the body to effectively transport essential trace minerals and vitamins to the brain that can only be accomplished with the help of electrolytes. Electrolytes are capable of shuttling trace minerals and vitamins to the brain by crossing the blood-brain barrier. No matter how much wheatgrass we take, if electrolytes are not present in the body, essential trace minerals and vitamins will have a much harder time crossing over to our brain.

Electrolytes are chemicals that form electrically charged particles (ions) in body fluids. These ions carry the electrical energy necessary for many functions, including muscle contractions and transmission of nerve impulses. (The 7 major Electrolytes include: Sodium (Na+), Chloride (Cl-), Potassium (K+), Magnesium (Mg++), Calcium (Ca++), Phosphate (HPO4–), and Bicarbonate (HCO3-).

Magnesium is involved with over 300 metabolic processes in our bodies, leading to the mineral being called the 'master mineral'. Magnesium is necessary for the proper transportation of calcium across cell membranes along with vitamin D, vitamin K.

The need to ensure a proper intake of minerals stems from modern farming methods that use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides that are absorbed into the soil which causes the heavy depletion of its mineral content which has been an ongoing issue for over 5 decades.

Colloidal minerals are created by plant root systems converting metallic organic minerals into colloidal minerals. This process renders the mineral 100% digestible. Today’s soil is 85% depleted of these life-giving elements, allowing 16 or fewer minerals to be present in our foods. Without trace minerals, the body cannot absorb any life-giving nutrition. The solution to this is an electrolyte trace mineral drink that is assimilable with no toxic lead or aluminum.

In America, children who follow the established vaccine schedule currently receive 49 doses of 14 vaccines before the age of six, and 69 doses of 16 vaccines by the age of 18.

At birth, the blood brain barrier is not fully formed. This barrier is not intact until at least six weeks of life, and many argue it may not actually be fully developed until much later. Any virus or bacteria to which an infant is exposed can go directly to the nervous system. This lack of a mature blood brain barrier is just one reason why vaccines given to infants are especially concerning. Seniors are also severely affected because aging is a factor which causes the barrier to become more permeable. Over-immunization also weakens the barrier.

Not only are these detergents destroying the blood brain barrier and allowing more toxins to enter the brain, they can also cause cancer and programmed cell death.

Dr. Bell says: “Just remember this if you wish to appreciate the importance of minerals: When you finally pass on to the higher existence, your body returns to the earth. The mineral kingdom acts as a neurotransmitter, not only to the DNA helix in man, but also to the DNA helix equivalent in all things composed of matter on the material plane.”

Only when our diets are rich in and varied amongst an organic selection of lean meats, wild-caught fish (not farmed or chemically treated), legumes, nuts (Brazilian nut are an incredible source of selenium), grains, organic fruits and vegetables, proper hydration AND essential trace mineral supplementation, will we be able to reach a higher consciousness. Our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves are interconnected and will work in harmony only then.

Take care of yourself and take care of someone else.

The Pyradyne Team

The Power Of The Pyradome

The Power Of The Pyradome

As most of us are becoming more aware of ourselves and our surroundings, we are able to better sense the myriad of powerful energies which compose our Universe. True to his course of advancement, man continues energy experiments with himself and the environment.

Captivated by the cosmic power of the Great Pyramid and propelled by our own great desire to know, we at Pyradyne want to share with you what we consider a breakthrough in pyramid energy devices. The Pyradome is the epitome of pyramid development because it consists of an *Orgone Layer of materials plated over a pyramid shaped frame.

In its most fulfilling application, the true pyramid structure provides the three major energy and mediation centers in the head and an antenna to collect and focus the natural Cosmic and electro-magnetic energies working within the Universe.

Pyradyne Cosmic Meditation

These centers are represented structurally by the pineal and pituitary glands, the center between the eyes, called the Anja Chakra, and by the crown located at the top of the head.

Since gold is known to be one of nature's purest and most powerfully energized metals, it is used in a 24 karat plating as the outer orgone layer of The Pyradome. It causes a great amplification and synthesis of higher consciousness among the centers in the head and an array of natural forces in the environment. Because of The Pyradome's combination of gold and the powerful pyramid shape, you will have many years of positive experiences by yourself and with your friends. Tuning in together with the aid of this great tool is the beginning of a better tomorrow.

Pyradyne Group of friends wearing the headgear Pyramids

*Orgone Layer - the effect of amplifying energy through combined layers of dissimilar materials to produce high energy output levels in very confined spaces.

The Pyradome is 9 inch steel based headgear pyramid that is 24 Karat gold orgone plated. Creating a natural field of negative irons around you, whilst gently detoxifying your body. The Pyradome is specially recommended to those new to Pyramid technology, working to develop higher consciousness via the Ajna Chakra. With regular use, The Pyradome benefits may include:

  • Stabilizing high blood pressure
  • Promoting tranquility and well-being
  • Experience deep relaxation and balance
  • Reducing headaches

The Power Of The Firedome

The Power Of The Firedome

Captivated by the cosmic power of the Great Pyramid and propelled by our own desire to know, we at Pyradyne want to share with you what we consider to be a breakthrough in pyramid energy devices. The Firedome, like The Pyradome, consists of an Orgone Layer* of materials, the final layer being copper, plated over a pyramid shape frame. As with The Pyradome, The Firedome does not have to be aligned to the magnetic north, since one of the layers is gold and the molecule structure of gold is pyramid shaped.

Copper is a chemically active metal that has been used since 7500 B.C. It is the only metal except gold that is colored by nature. Electrically, it is a super conductor and is recognized as a source of negative ions when used on a properly prepared pyramid structure.

Ions are the life carrier in our air supply and are necessary in our own growth process to build cells. The body cannot reproduce or repair one single cell without a supply of negative ions. Ions are admitted into the body through the air supply and are circulated by the blood.

Clinical testing has revealed that undesirable positive ions are becoming more abundant in our air, a detriment to all forms of life. Positive ions cause feelings of depression and eventually sickness. Negative ions cause a feeling or sense of well being because of the beneficial effect on the body. Positive ions are plentiful in polluted air and smog, whereas negative ions are abundant after heavy rainfall or near a waterfall.

The air we breathe has been found to contain approximately 2000 positive ions per cubic centimeters and 1000 negative ions respectively.

We at Pyradyne are aware of the problems of pollution in our air supply and have developed The Firedome. We use a layer of pure 24K gold and copper, which when energized by Pyramid energy, yields the negative ion effect, greatly offsetting the poor feelings caused by bad air. According to your energy output, The Firedome will change color directly relating to the color of your aura.

Using muscle reflex testing developed by Dr. John Thie of Pasadena and administered by Dr. Gary Couture of Newport Beach, CA, we have proven that The Firedome supplies energy to the body.

* Orgone Layer - The effect of amplifying energy through combined layers of dissimilar materials, in this case nickel, steel, gold and copper, to produce high energy output. This was documented through experiments conducted from 1934 to 1936 at the Institute of Psychology of the University of Oslo but Wilhelm Reich. Similar processes are used in modern technology today in the production of transistors, integrated circuits and other multilayered devices.

Why do we worry?

Why do we worry?

What are the most consistent thoughts that run across your mind on a daily basis? Your job? Relationship? Finances? Or happiness maybe? These are very common thoughts that just about everyone thinks, every day. The winner of course being finances. We worry about our next paycheck, or having enough money to make our mortgage or rent payment, paying our bills, and so on.. The "what if's" drive us crazy! But why do we do it to ourselves? Why are we consistently thinking about tomorrow, next week, next month?!

I am sure many of you can relate to this; we make up scenarios in our heads of situations of events that have never happened, but could happen. They are all infinite possibilities what tomorrow may bring yet, we fantasize about them as though they are real and going to happen. How come we aren't thinking about all the good stuff that could happen tomorrow, why is our 2 million year old brain wired this way?

Well, our 2 million year old brain is actually wired for survival and not to make you happy. Our physical body is designed to do one thing, survive.

Having researched this topic for many years, and of course having my own battles with my daily thoughts, I was led in a different direction of thinking. Worrying is a big waste of time and energy, not only is it mentally draining but you are actually projecting out the thoughts that you are creating. Thus creating a spiral affect which comes right back to you, making these negative events become reality. My father, Dr. Fed Bell, used to say "Energy Follows Thought" and for most of my life I couldn't understand this, but now I do loud and clear!

I realized that when you let go, and let go of everything, you are also releasing fear which is the biggest monster of all. Fear is the instigator in our way of thinking and it creeps in constantly at every second, which is part of our natural survival mentality. This mentality conflicts with our soul/spirit which understands things on a much different and deeper level that is non-physical. Our spirit is not worried about how much money we will make, because money isn't going to save you or add years on to your life. It actually has nothing to do with your purpose in this lifetime.

A recent study showed that the more money a person has, the more insecure they become and the more they worry about losing what they have. Lets put this into perspective for just a minute; we all come from the same place, and we are all going to the same place. What you do in between is the magical part and the only thing that matters. When people are asked on their deathbed about the biggest regrets they have in life, here is what most said:

1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

"This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it."

2. I wish I hadn't worked so hard.

"This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children's youth and their partner's companionship. Women also spoke of this regret, but as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence."

3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.

"Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result."

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

"Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying."

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

"This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called 'comfort' of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content, when deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again."

So knowing this, and ultimately knowing what is really important in life, how do we combat these negative thoughts? Here are a few suggestions that could be worth a try:

  1. Ask yourself if the problem is solvable. Can I do anything about it right now?

  2. Challenge the reality of anxious thoughts. Sometimes when you say your thought aloud, it changes its meaning and the attachment you have to it. Perhaps talking to your partner or to a friend about your worries, you will be surprised how much better you feel once you voice a concern out loud. You also see that most of your worries and thoughts sounds pretty ridiculous once we actually say them.

  3. Accept uncertainty. We do not have control, its kind of cute that human beings actually think they do have control. The reality is that we can only do our best, no one knows what tomorrow will bring, letting go and accepting that is a big part of releasing your fear.

  4. Be aware of how others affect you. You are a product of your surroundings, the saying is that you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Other peoples energy may be negative and only validating your worries further based upon their influence or experiences.

  5. Focus on the present rather than the past or future. There is a reason it is called the present, because it is a gift and they only thing we really have to enjoy.

  6. Confine your worrying to one time period during the day. Or better yet, take the 7-day mental diet challenge as seen in the video below:

  8. Expand your mind on a daily basis by reading and learning more. We are students on this planet until the day we die. Humble yourself to the idea that you do not know it all, nor will you ever! And the journey is what makes it all so beautiful.

The bottom line is that life is short, and it is whatever we make of it. If we choose to spend our entire life worrying about the "what if's" then we are going to be pretty miserable, and that cycle will never end until the day we die. Ultimately it is always your choice. Have faith and believe with your whole heart that every thing will be ok. And it will be.

6 Proven Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

6 Proven Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

6 health benefits of apple cider vinegar, that are supported by scientific research!

  1. High in acetic acid having potent biological effects

Vinegar is made in a two-step process, related to how alcohol is made. The first step exposes crushed apples (or apple cider) to yeast, which ferment the sugars and turn them into alcohol.

In the second step, bacteria are added to the alcohol solution, which further ferment the alcohol and turn it into acetic acid which is the main active compound in vinegar. Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (like Bragg's - our favorite) also contains "mother," strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky, cobweb-like appearance.

Apple Cider Vinegar

If you don't see a murky, cobweb-like appearance settling at the bottom, don't buy it! It does not contain "mother".

    1. Can kill many types of bacteria

Vinegar can help kill pathogens, including bacteria.  It has traditionally been used for cleaning and disinfecting, treating nail fungus, lice, warts and ear infections.

Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used vinegar for wound cleaning over two thousand years ago. Vinegar has been used as a food preservative, and studies show that it inhibits bacteria (like E. coli) from growing in the food and spoiling it.

Apple cider vinegar is also a great way to naturally preserve your food and also helps with acne when applied on the skin.

    1. Lowers blood sugar levels and fights diabetes

By far the most successful application of apple cider vinegar is in patients with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is characterized by elevated blood sugars, either in the context of insulin resistance or an inability to produce insulin.

However, elevated blood sugar can also be a problem in people who don't have diabetes and it is believed to be a major cause of ageing and various chronic diseases. Everyone can benefit from keeping their blood sugar levels stable. The most effective (and healthiest) way to do that is to avoid refined carbs and sugar, but apple cider vinegar may also have a powerful effect.

Vinegar has been shown to have numerous benefits for insulin function and blood sugar levels:

    • Improves insulin sensitivity during a high-carb meal by 19-34% and significantly lowers blood glucose and insulin responses.
    • Reduces blood sugar by 34% when eating 50 grams of white bread.
    •  2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bedtime can reduce fasting blood sugars by 4%.

For these reasons, vinegar can be useful for people with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or those who want to keep their blood sugar levels low to normal for other reasons.

If you're currently taking blood sugar lowering medications, then check with your doctor before increasing your intake of apple cider vinegar.

    1. Helps you lose weight by making you feel full
Given that vinegar lowers blood sugar and insulin levels, it makes sense that it could help you lose weight. Several human studies suggest that vinegar can increase satiety, help you eat fewer calories and even lead to actual pounds lost on the scale. Vinegar along with high-carb meals can increase feelings of fullness and make people eat 200-275 fewer calories for the rest of the day.  By reducing calorie intake, this should translate to reduced weight over time.

A 12-week study in obese individuals showed that daily vinegar consumption led to reduced belly fat, waist circumference, lower blood triglycerides and weight loss:

    • 15mL (1 tablespoon): Lost 2.6 pounds, or 1.2 kilograms.
    • 30mL (2 tablespoons): Lost 3.7 pounds, or 1.7 kilograms.

Of course, our entire diet/lifestyle is what really matters and adding apple cider vinegar to your daily intake will only help!

    1. Lowers cholesterol and reduces your risk of heart disease
Cardiovascular disease (heart disease and stroke) is currently the world's biggest cause of death. It is known that several measurable biological factors are linked to either a decreased or increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Several of these "risk factors" have been shown to be improved by vinegar consumption.

Apple cider vinegar may also contain the antioxidant chlorogenic acid, which has been shown to protect LDL cholesterol particles from becoming oxidized, a crucial step in the heart disease process. There are also some studies showing that vinegar reduces blood pressure (a major risk factor).

    1. May have protective effects against cancer
Cancer is a terrible disease, characterized by uncontrolled growth of cells. There is a lot of hype online about the anti-cancer effects of apple cider vinegar. Some studies have shown that vinegar can kill cancer cells and shrink tumors.

Try a little organic, unfiltered and raw apple cider vinegar in the morning and again before bed and let us know how you feel!
